What is mean of Inclusive Education?

Inclusive education means that all children are learn together. The goal of inclusive education is same treatment is give to all children such as disability, different and normal students. In inclusive education, learn practically, not theoretically. Due to which, the students use their brain and ideas. The goal is not make any children normal. 


The disability children could be sitting in the same classroom, separate to his peers with an aide who may or may not be using sign language. An effective model of inclusive education is not only benefiting students with disabilities but also creates an environment in which every student including those who do not have disabilities has the opportunity to develop.

Need of Inclusive education in current education system:

Children with disabilities and special needs have the right to education just as normal children do. Critical aspect of inclusive education for a special needs child is in having the acceptance and friendship of classmates. Due to this support also aids or partner in the progress of special children and helps them gain confidence about him within school environment.



The reason behind inclusive education is to promote opportunities for all children to participate, learn and have equal treatment of their mental or physical abilities. In India, children with special needs do not receive any formal education, admitting of the practice of inclusive education in some schools.
Inclusive schools have to be well equipped in all kind of things to catering and deliver quality education for all children. This includes having a curriculum that is appropriate for all categories of children, teachers who have the ability to handle the classroom and promote an environment where personal development, social skills and student participation are strongly encouraged or developed.

Benefits of Inclusive Education:

1. Children develop a positive understanding of themselves and others.
When children attend classes that reflect the similarities and differences of people in the real world. Respect and understanding grow when children differing abilities and cultures play and learn together.

2. Academic supports help each student access the full curriculum. 
In this age of accountability testing, it is important for educators to ensure that every student is addressing the appropriate standards and objectives across the curriculum.  Inclusive schools provide academic supports such as grouping, reading and literacy specialists, tutoring, etc. that create a supportive environment for all learners. 

3. Develop friendship
Schools are important places for children to develop friendships and learn social skills. Normal children and disabilities children learn from each other in inclusive classes. 

4. Inclusive practices make effective use of a school 
In the few years ago, special education often involved the separation of students with disabilities for the specialized instruction.  Good practices in curriculum. It can also involve duplicate systems and resources that are costly for schools to maintain. 

5. All children learn together
The philosophy of inclusive education is aimed at helping to all children learn as early as possible. Children learn at their own speed and style within a nurturing learning environment.
